Happy First Day of Fall!!!! Apple picking, football, pumpkins, foliage….The list of amazing fall things is endless. It’s also a busy time because everyone is getting into their new routines but there’s still a desire to head out the door and do things before the real chill sets in. This fall I’m keeping my style simple and comfortable. Sticking to basics that I can spice up with color or accessories and that’s it. If I am being honest, this dress is going to basically be my fall uniform. I can dress this up or make if super casual with just simply throwing on a chambray shirt over it or even my beloved jean jacket. The length will keep you warm but the material is still light enough if by chance we are lucky and get some sort of Indian summer. A sleek blazer and booties makes it work ready, and a hat with some mules has you ready to hit the vineyards with your better half for a romantic weekend escape. But can we talk about this hat!? I am NOT a hat person, the round face makes it a wee bit hard, but on a whim I ordered this one and it not only fit my head, but looked good! It does look good, right??!!?? Especially with this strange humid but chilly air we’ve been having the last couple days, a hat is really saving me! The whole look is easy, fuss free and looks super put together. Will be on major repeat this season.
